Today was day #6.
I was determined today to get some working out in!!! I did 3 miles (on the treadmill). I find it odd that I go longer when I am listening to an audio book than when I listen to music -- Whatever works I guess!!
I am beginning to like the way I feel after I workout. I have more energy and feel more motivated to get things done around the house. I also seem to want to eat healthier foods.
