FOLLOW WEIGHT WATCHERS ALL YEAR!
** Last year I did pretty good until Spring Break. Spring Break was the end of the rope for me, that's when I stopped running, eating healthy, etc. I am not sure what "happened" then, but it made things harder for me. This year I am going to do much better, I really don't have a choice, I have to get healthy. I breaks my heart when I see that my daughter is over weight and I think it is a lot of my fault because she sees me eat.
Soo, here's to being healthy this year!
